We experienced a serious plumbing issue that required extensive water damage remediation and renovation on two levels of our home. Thankfully, the highly capable team at NCA of the Carolinas guided us through every step of the process and transformed a stressful situation into a beautiful outcome. We even took the opportunity to incorporate some remodeling along the way.
NCA had every detail covered, from coordinating water damage remediation and furniture storage to helping us select materials and finishes and expertly navigating the unexpected issues that inevitably arose. Our Project Manager, Cory, was outstanding. He was proactive, provided weekly progress updates, responded quickly to our questions and change requests, and kept the project moving smoothly.
The finished result exceeded our expectations. Our home is absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire team. We highly recommend NCA of the Carolinas to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust.

The NCA crew did an incredible job in replacing both our roof and several window screens following a high wind and hail event in our area. The project manager made sure that the work was done correctly and he had the crew return the next day after discovering that several shingles were damaged during installation to have them repaired. The post-installation clean up was remarkable for its thoroughness, with virtually no debris found after the crew left our home. We are grateful for the professionalism and customer focus shown by the NCA team.

The most honest and dependable TEAM out there. Hank and his crew are great. Always there to answer any questions you have. I have used them in 2 house fires and they did a job well done on the inside and out. I have since recommended them to my daughter and son in law on the loss of their home to a fire. Wouldn't hire anyone else but NCA OF THE CAROLINAS.

I am compelled to verbally express my gratitude, utmost respect and satisfaction to National Construction Alliance of the Carolinas, also known as NCA. This company outperformed in all areas. They even addressed the emotional distress of suffering through the onset of our damage and having to leave our home for repairs to be performed in the proper manner to the fullest extent. The time guidelines were strictly enforced from the first day to the last day of coming home to a job very well done. Speedily the problem was assessed and fixed immediately to make way for the repairs to be completed inside our home.
We experienced NCA to be led with extreme professionalism, full confidence and customer respect throughout the entire project. Thank you again to NCA for making our unpleasant happening turn into a memorable experience through your excellent workmanship and team leadership.

Kathy and I want you to know what a blessing you and your company have been to us during the rebuilding of our home. Your advice and concern for our wants and needs were most helpful. We couldn't have done it without you. Our relationship began as a business relationship but it quickly became much more than that, we consider you to be one our closest friends and feel we can call upon you still and ask for your advice. It's good to know in this day and age that there are still people like you and your company who really put their customers concerns and needs above anything else. I would highly recommend your company to anyone with need of a contractor from the largest job to the smallest. I would personally guarantee their 100%.
Thank You Again,
- Jim & Kathy R.
