A 2:00 A.M. Wake-Up Call

In the middle of a powerful thunderstorm, lightning struck John and Wendy's home, setting their garage ablaze. Awakened by an enormous explosion and the sound of their fire alarm, they frantically searched their three-story home before discovering smoke pouring in from the garage.

They quickly gathered their young children and escaped to a neighbor's house. Standing outside in the pouring rain, they watched their home burn as they waited for the fire department. In that moment, the future felt frighteningly uncertain.

Working closely with Hank, they began reimagining their home's layout, functionality, and living spaces. There were countless meetings, architectural drawings, revisions, and decisions. Throughout the process, Hank remained patient, attentive, and committed to helping the family realize their vision.
