We would highly recommend NCA of the Carolinas for your next restoration and/or remodel project. Dealing with an insurance claim is stressful and complicated. NCA helps to insure that your insurance company provides the due diligence required by law. Our experience with the NCA team of contractors and professionals during our restoration claim for damages caused by a water leak helped keep what would have been a very trying process into something much more manageable. Exceptional company to work with – Workers were on time each day and communication with Project Manager was always easy and requests fulfilled. They have completed two projects for us – Installed new roof and just completed the removal of popcorn ceiling and painting two rooms. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I would like to thank you for the restoration to the fire-damaged building which destroyed 3 of our 68 condos from a fire that started in February 2017. The workmanship was very good and any issues that occurred were rectified. In some cases, NCA went beyond the scope of what the insurance covered.

I just finished a kitchen renovation using NCA of the Carolinas. I cannot be happier. From start to finish, everyone was so helpful and communicated very well. I have never done a renovation before, so I was worried (especially after hearing some stories from my friends), but NCA of the Carolinas went above and beyond to make me and my husband comfortable every step of the way. Hank helped us initially and Jay was our project manager. Both of them were available by text immediately if we had any issues and if any of their contractors were late or had a problem, they let us know ASAP. Whenever there was an issue, they promptly fixed it (we only had a couple small snafus). Their prices were fair and reasonable. I will DEFINITELY be recommending them to my friends and family (and I already have).
When I am ready for a bathroom renovation in a year or so, I will be calling them first. Highly recommend without reservations.
