NCA successfully carried out a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation, which included extensive structural repairs. The attic was previously finished without proper support at crucial load points, NCA and its engineering team collaborated to identify the necessary repairs. NCA lifted the center of the home by approximately 2.5 inches and added much needed reinforcement to the structure. The exterior was updated with a more modern look, including the replacement of traditional half-round windows with square windows at the front entry and the great room's two-story wall. The interior underwent a complete transformation, with a focus on a contemporary aesthetic. The kitchen and primary bathroom were expanded, and the entire home was stripped of its original finishes and renovated.
